I offer personal training in a small group setting as well as diet coaching. Through my individualized training and dietary guidance anyone can become a better version of themselves while spending the least possible amount of time in the gym. Efficiency is key. HOW WE TRAIN
Properly executed free weight exercises are the most efficient way to get in shape. Building muscle increases metabolism. An increased metabolism plus effective dietary habits allows the body to burn excess fat for energy, resulting in a leaner you. The science is simple. Learning the moves and getting the psychological help with changing dietary habits is less simple. That is where I can help!
Drew Swithin has devoted his life to helping others improve their health and fitness. He is a veteran of the Illinois Army National Guard and worked for the village of Wilmette as a police officer for nearly 5 years before leaving to turn his passion for fitness into a lifestyle and full-time career. He has learned first-hand how challenging it can be to build and maintain a healthy, strong body while fulfilling work and social obligations and enjoys helping his clients navigate their own journey to self-improvement.
